Accessibility statement
A shop that has to be usable.
OUTLUSSO aims at WCAG 2.2 level AA. Here is what we have done, what we know is still unresolved, and how to report a problem.
Last updated 12 September 2026
What we have done
- Contrast checked: reading text sits above the required 4.5:1 ratio.
- Full keyboard navigation across menu, search, bag, size picker and forms, with focus always visible.
- Touch targets of at least 44 pixels on phones.
- Motion stops: with “reduce motion” on, the hero becomes a sequence of stills and transitions are cancelled.
- Every product image carries alternative text naming the house, the piece and the view.
- One H1 per page and a consistent heading structure.
- All content exists in both Italian and English.
- No text that lives only inside an image.
What we know is unresolved
- Some wide-tracked uppercase labels remain around 10.6 pixels: legible, but below the size we would recommend.
- The scroll-driven Street hero has not been tested with a screen reader on every device.
- The site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
Legal framework
Since 28 June 2025 e-commerce falls among the services covered by the European Accessibility Act (EU 2019/882), implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 82/2022. Some microenterprises are exempt from the service obligations: whether OUTLUSSO falls within that exemption must be checked with an adviser once the company is incorporated.
Reporting a problem — still to be completed
The address for reporting a barrier will be published here together with the seller's details. We commit to answering and to fixing what we can.
