Terms
What happens when you write to us.
These terms explain how outlusso.com works today and which rights you will have once the shop starts selling. They are written for consumers, under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Today the site takes no money
There is no checkout and no way to pay online. When you add a piece to the bag and press “Request availability” you send us an order request: a message, not a purchase.
We reply by email with real availability, a total including shipping, and how to pay. The contract comes into being only when you expressly accept that offer. Until then nothing is owed, either way.
Prices
Prices shown are the maisons' list prices at the date stated on the product page, VAT included. They do not include shipping, which we quote in our reply.
The 5% first-order code is not applied by the site: you write it into the request and we deduct it from the total we offer you.
Condition of the pieces
The catalogue holds both new garments and pre-owned pieces. Condition is stated on every product page. For pre-owned pieces, photographs and a description of the actual item to be shipped are attached to the offer before you accept.
Right of withdrawal
Once the shop sells, you will have fourteen days from receiving the goods to change your mind, with no reason required, under Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code. The withdrawal form and return instructions will be published here together with the shipping terms.
Withdrawal does not apply to goods made or sourced to your own specification: “Made to order” requests that lead to a purchase fall under that exception, and we will say so plainly in the offer.
Legal guarantee
On new goods the legal guarantee of conformity runs for two years from delivery. On second-hand goods the law allows the parties to shorten it, to no less than one year: where a piece is pre-owned, the period applied will be written into the offer before you accept.
The legal guarantee is your right against the seller and stands regardless of any commercial warranty from the manufacturer.
Shipping, payment and complaints — still to be completed
Delivery times and costs, countries served, accepted payment methods, the complaints procedure and the return address will be published here before the first order. Until they are, each condition is agreed case by case in our reply to your request.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first: almost everything is solved by talking. If that is not enough, as a consumer you may turn to a mediation or joint conciliation body listed on the Italian ministerial registers, without losing your right to go to court.
The European ODR platform was shut down in July 2025 and the link to it is no longer required: national ADR bodies apply in its place.
Governing law
Italian law applies to the contract. If you buy as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence or domicile remain competent, and any more favourable protection under the law of your EU country of residence is unaffected.
